Did the immortal Szayel transform himself into a paramecium? Did he drink Nemu's blood? He did something with Nemu....
I think he's going to slither away except that seems to be him standing in Christmas Tree form in a bottom panel.....

I wrote at BA that I'm fine with this being the end of the fight--a live Szayel is all I wanted. Now if he does something like crawl up Ishida's butt or into Renji's ear and we get that whole DBZ "Adventures inside Buu" I'm going to cry.

They were already related because they both belonged to the Great Family of Weirdo Geniuses, of which Ishida is a member--not to mention that he's been infested with Mayuri bugs and been "fornicated" by Szayel.

Someone at BA suggested that Szayel was coming out of Ishida's butt. I seriously don't see where you people are seeing this... to me, Szayel looks like a pretty caul-encapsulated newborn larvae embryo-thingie, not a poo poo.

I've heard a million crack theories and everytime I think nothing can surprise me, it turns out even crackier than I expected. It's why I keep reading Bleach, IT'S BETTER THAN DRUGS (all the trippiness, none of the side effects).

I wonder if the Espadas swords have spirits like Zanpaktos do, and what in the world Fornicarus would look like if they do. It would proabably need to be drawn with censor bars.

Yes, I've been wondering about the Espadas' zanpakto too...is it possible to have a sword that is a manifestation of your soul if you're a conglomeration of a bunch of other hollows, which aren't exactly souled creatures anymore anyhow? Can you grow the hollow equivalent of a soul? And if the zanpakto can have a physical form, I bet Fornicarius looks like Tim Curry circa Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I want to know if hollows can become whole again... specifally in concern to Nell, who doesn't really act like a hollow (like her refusal to kill). If any of them were going to, I think she'd be the first one.

I would think there is something more to Szayel's Zanpakuto. There is more to his release powers. Not sure if turning into blob of goo would equivalent to Mayuri being a blob of goo himself from his own Zanpakuto. Since most of Kubo Tite characters almost mirror each other, except Zommari (laughs).

I can't imagine any more Szayel powers--but then again, my imagination is puny compared to Kubo-sensei's. I still guess Szayel has glory to come though when whatever he's found out about Ichigo's reiatu during that little reiatsu-gathering spree is finally revealed.

Ah, who knows where these clever spoiler providers get their spoilers. That picture is the largest and clearest we have in the fandom at the moment to the best of my knowledge. There should be clarification soon and a scan and summary from China Thursday.

Ewww... it does look like Szayel's a worm! This scan is so hard to make out you know... I know a lot of poeple are rooting for him[Szayel], but I hope Mayuri will defeat him. ^_^
