I'm doing this for the first time... hopefully, I did it right.
Let there be spoilers! (credit: BA)
Aizen becomes handsome again, the Stone changes loyalties, Urahara saves the day, Aizen is sealed away (where I'm sure he'll neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever cause any problems again!), Urahara went Big Brother on the Spirit King...
ICHIGO IS THE SPIRIT KING. THE KARAKURA KIDS ARE THE ROYAL GUARD. BELIEVE IT (apologies to Naruto fans everywhere).
... or so I want to think.

Date: 2010-09-22 12:54 pm (UTC)Aizen isn't defeated. The box will only hold him temporarily--he's still the main villain for the next arc, mark my words. And Ichigo couldn't defeat the villain while still "tainted" from his actions on the dome. It's my belief that he entered this fight just like Rukia said, not really ready to cut down his opponents. He still failed on the dome as a shounen hero, stabbed a nakama and cero-ed an opponent who had already given up and didn't purify him with his zanpakuto--it's blood on a shounen hero's hands. So until Ichigo gets over this, I don't think he'll defeat Aizen. They'll meet again--one more time.
