Ring in the New Year with Byakuya being ASTONISHINGLY generous to Ichigo! He gives him a present! Oh what could this mean? This omake is too adorable, and looks like it's going to be an IchiRuki 2009! Thanks to MEL ( melodymix ) for finding it and the other WSJ picture below it.

byakuya: this is "oumon kuchiki souchushou" ... (the next line i can't exactly translate) -- he just said the purpose of that note saying that any item in any store would be free of charge.
rukia: good for you ichigo!! with this you can... (can't read, my eyes are failing-- i think it's says "at any quantity"?), eat anything all through life!!
ichigo: yeah... here in soul society...
