Ulquiorra in a suit looks fantastic! I don't like Gin's outfit too much (would have loved to see him in an outfit for calendar B), though, I prefer how he looks in the ad for those clear files (whatever those are). But what is he holding there? A beer bottle? Sake? Think of the example you're giving, Gin! XD
