Does anyone remember which manga chapter it was where Grimmjow suggested to Ichigo that something was wrong with Orihime 'on the inside', or that something had happened to her? Also, was that the only reference to her having changed or been changed, or was there another?

If anyone can tell me this, I'd be much obliged.
