Man, This chapter may be my favorite of the flashbacks just because of everything it hints at. At this point, All our Visored heading after Kensei can't just be a coincidence. Obviously, this incident is the turning point, at which they are all affected somehow.
Urahara, of course, was already feeling guilty because of sending Hiyori, and Tessai may feel guilty for "abandoning" Hachi when Lisa was sent in his stead. So now the problem is, Where does Isshin and the Untrackable Gigai fit into all this? I suppose the Gigai might have stabilized the Visoreds... There's probably one more piece of information that will make this all fit together, and it will seem so OBVIOUS when Kubo reveals it.
...So now I'm wondering. When the Visored show up back in the present for the fight against Aizen, How will Shunsui choose between Lisa-chan and Nanao-chan? Now THAT'S a delimma.
