Noticed the fact they are always protecting the females all time directly and indirectly because they serve a purpose and believing in them as if they are being worshiped as Queens, Princess and Goddesses. The way Kyoraku behaves around Lisa and also Nanao, Shinji towards Hiyori and even Urahara going through guilt trips because he knew he shouldn't have sent Hiyori alone, but he also looked down on her instead of believing in her, where Yorichi became someone he could look up to and worship her like a Goddess.
