Sarah writes in the aforementioned DB post: This is a section to collect the drawings that Kubo has made of Bleach outside the most official manga resources (WSJ, volume and chapters covers). If some user find a new scan that would fit in this section or a better quality one of a picture that's already in this thread please, feel free to contribute *bows*.

Date: 2012-02-09 09:30 pm (UTC)I never knew about him drawing Ai from Video Girl Ai. It's the first manga I'd ever read, and I'm still quite fond of it. Her hair looks cute in his style. Her expression seems a tad listless to what I'd usually associate with her pretty up-beat character, but still, Shinigami!Ai is a fun concept :)

Date: 2012-02-13 10:43 pm (UTC)Actually I hardly see people saying it was among their first xD It's a pretty good starter. At times a tad heavy on the fanservice (not that I dislike it in general, but sometimes too much is too much) but the plot is quite engaging and the art lovely :)
