We don't actually know that _all_ the Visored hate shinigami. We know that Hiyori does, and that Shinji sympathises or at least understands, but Hiyori seems to be one of the least adult, emotionally speaking. But I agree that the general attitude seems to be one of estrangement from Soul Society.
I have a nasty feeling that the Visored are going to do a lot of damage before regaining (or being helped to regain) control of themselves. I would not bet money on the survival of the current Captain of Sixth Division.
